The whole desk, one system.
Recruit 360 runs recruitment end to end — vacancies, candidates, clients, submissions and placements — in a single workspace built for South African practice, with POPIA in the schema rather than bolted on afterwards.
Every request is read by a person before a workspace is created, so there is a short wait. Trials run for 14 days. No card is needed to start one.
Who it is for
One product, two modes. The workspace mode is chosen when the workspace is created and shapes the language and the screens throughout.
Recruitment agencies
You work vacancies for client companies. Recruit 360 keeps the client, the contact, the brief, the shortlist you sent, the fee and the placement on one thread — and the consultant desk shows each recruiter exactly what is theirs.
Internal talent teams
You hire for one employer. The same pipeline, with hiring managers instead of clients, requisitions instead of briefs, and a careers site that lives on your own domain.
What is in it
Everything listed here is built and in daily use in the product. It is not a roadmap.
Vacancies and pipeline
Every vacancy carries its own stages, applications and history. Move a candidate and the interview, the note and the email follow them.
Candidate database
CVs are parsed into structured profiles, duplicates are caught on arrival and merged deliberately, and search works on meaning as well as keywords.
Careers portal
A branded careers site per workspace, plus a WordPress plugin and an embeddable widget for a site you already have.
Job boards
Adverts go out to PNet, CareerJunction and Indeed, and the applications come back into the same pipeline instead of a separate inbox.
Clients and submissions
Send a client a shortlist they open in a browser, with CVs formatted on your template, and see what they did with it.
Mail in context
Connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 and correspondence appears against the candidate, vacancy or client it belongs to. Bodies are fetched from your provider, not hoarded.
Assessments
Send an assessment from a stage, the candidate takes it on a private link, and the result lands on the application.
Reporting
Pipeline, desk and placement reporting drawn from the live data — nothing is typed into a spreadsheet twice.
The assistant
Describe who you need in plain language. It searches your own data, drafts the advert or the email, and asks before it changes anything.
On a phone
A companion app for the interview you are walking into: today, your candidates, and the calls you owe.
Built here, for here
- POPIA is in the schema, not in a policy document. Consent is recorded per candidate with the version they agreed to, retention rules dispose of data on schedule, and a candidate can be exported or erased without an engineer.
- Employment Equity fields on the application form — voluntary, never required to apply, and never used to filter a shortlist.
- South African by default. ID numbers, local phone formats, provinces and towns, and billing in rands.
- Your workspace is yours.Row-level security separates every tenant in the database itself, and your candidate data is never pooled with another agency's.
Recruit 360 is new. It is being built in the open by a working recruiter, which is why this page has no customer logos and no numbers on it — there is nothing yet that would be honest to put there. What is above is what runs today.
